Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Networking:

• Manage and maintain all company infrastructure and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and internal networking systems to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Oversee video conferencing systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor internet speed, implement access controls, and ensure consistent network performance.

Hardware & Systems Management:

• Provide support for laptops, desktops, and remote server issues.
• Ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of IT hardware.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories.

Software & User Support:

• Offer user assistance for software-related issues and system access.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage and support Odoo ERP, including:
  • Onboarding of new users
  • Creation and management of user accounts
  • Resolution of operational issues and workflow problems
• Manage Syncroteam onboarding and support for all new and existing users.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a HND B.Sc Degree with 7 - 12 years of work experience.
