Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT staff, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
• Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hybrid & cloud systems) to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware/software procurement.
• Assist in preparing and managing the IT department’s budget.
• Maintain IT systems documentation, procedures, and policies.
• Provide user support and ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws/regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT systems and teams.
• Experience with inventory management systems (advantageous).
• Strong expertise in networking, databases, and programming.
• Experience with hybrid & cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and implement IT policies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the QSR/Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
