Position Overview:

•  We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT operations, as well as leading initiatives to enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the organization’s information technology systems.
• Maintain and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security.
• Perform regular systems audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless network integration and stay ahead of industry competitors.
• Analyze departmental needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate processes, technologies, and vendors for effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and monitor vendor performance.
• Empower employees through training and provide ongoing technical support.
• Develop robust disaster recovery plans and data backup strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems, including:
• SAAS Management Platforms (SMP)
• User Lifecycle Management Platforms (ULM)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Project Management Tools
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an established organization.
