IT Intern at Thyaura Partners Concept Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Assist in installation, setup, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment
• Support routine system checks, updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity maintenance
• Help troubleshoot connectivity and system-related issues for staff
• Maintain records of IT assets, equipment usage, and software licenses
• Keep proper documentation of IT support requests and resolutions
• Assist in onboarding staff by setting up systems, emails, and user accounts
• Support planning and execution of social media content across platforms
• Create and post basic content (graphics, videos, captions) for company services and updates
• Monitor social media pages and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Track basic IT issues and social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers)
• Assist in preparing simple reports for IT activities and social media performance
