Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management:
  • Monitor and maintain network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure network connectivity.
  • Implement network security measures.
  • Manage network documentation.
• Server Management:
  • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
  • Monitor server performance and availability.
  • Manage server operating systems, patching, and updates.
  • Implement server security measures.
• End-User Computing Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage end-user accounts and access.
• System Administration:
  • Manage and maintain various IT systems and applications.
  • Perform system backups and restores.
  • Monitor system logs and identify potential issues.
• Security Administration:
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Manage security devices and systems (e.g., firewalls, antivirus software).
  • Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure.
  • Generate reports on system performance, availability, and security.
• Vendor Management (if applicable):
  • Liaise with IT infrastructure vendors for support and maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Project Participation:
  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and testing.
