IT Executive at Ark Insurance Group

• We are seeking an additional team member to support the daily IT needs of our organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our hardware and software systems, providing technical support to employees, managing IT assets, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of our internal systems.
• This role requires someone proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while coordinating with external IT partners when necessary.

Functional Areas:

• IT Support and Troubleshooting
• Hardware and Software Management
• Network and Security Monitoring
• IT Asset and License Management
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
• Collaborating with External IT Partners
• Regular System Maintenance and Performance Monitoring

Key Performance Indicators:

• System uptime and availability percentage.
• Mean time to resolve (MTTR) IT incidents.
• Compliance with data protection regulations and audit results.
• Employee satisfaction with IT support services.
• Cybersecurity incident frequency and resolution time.
• Successful completion of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Efficiency of backup and disaster recovery processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network security.
• Proficiency in managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, and databases.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.), networking, and hardware configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and/or Sophos
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and network protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently  with minimal supervision.
