IT Assistant at eDokita Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot network systems (Wi-Fi, LAN, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues.
• Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with WordPress website management and updates.
• Maintain IT security and ensure data protection policies are followed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with software installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network setup and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website management.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills is an added advantage
