IT Application & Support Officer at Pushresume NG

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Remuneration: N150,000 – N180,000

Work model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IT and proffer the required solutions.
• Provide support in the implementation and upgrading of network, hardware and software solutions.
• Manage the full life cycle of the contact center products of Hodusoft application.
• Engage in Demo Presentation, requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping for software application e.g. Hodusoft, Zendesk etc.
• Ensure & facilitate regular trainings for clients and call centers agents/supervisors on the use of existing and new software applications
• Deploy software applications across the client’s site within the business scope, budget and timelines.
• Manage the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Produce detailed timelines and implement effective project control for each software release.
• Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures.
• Participate in all hardware and software evaluations and maintain vendor contracts
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the head of unit.
