Job Summary

• We’re looking for an experienced IT Administrator to take care of the company’s day-to-day IT needs and provide hands-on support to staff.

Key Responsibilites

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage computers, printers, routers, Wi-Fi, internet, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and manage staff devices, email accounts, software, and system access.
• Manage basic IT security, antivirus, user access, and data backups.
• Maintain and track company IT equipment, licences, and subscriptions.
• Carry out routine system maintenance and prevent recurring technical issues.
• Support new staff with their IT setup and access.
• Work with external IT vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Must reside on the Island or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Available for immediate resumption.
• Relevant IT certification is an added advantage
