Responsibilites

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Run daily routine check on CPanel webmail system 
• maintain computer systems and networks
• Resolve communication issues relating to email and/or CUGs.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required on laptops/phones.
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Run daily checks and maintenance of Server system
• Managing PIL social media
• Ensuring PIL website is operational.
• Assists in monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
• Assists in creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, and other records and databases
• Assisting other departments (such as finance,HR,etc.) with administrative or clerical support
