Invoicing Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Professional Qualification
- BSC Accounting
Minimum Experience:
- 3years.ICAN (Skill level at least)
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with excel package. preferable Male
Job Description
- Collate information from crew log to generate daily invoicing.
- Ensure supporting documents are gathered and labelled accordingly to support i nv0ices generated.
- Follow up on Crew & HR department on inforrnation , aiding source documents availability for invoice generation.
- Keep a daily update on invoice register.
- Monitoring update Of account receivable and schedule. daily and weekly report on account receivable for review.
- Support the rest fi nance team mernt»rs and perform General administrative duties.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties, project and Other activities.
