Invoicing Clerk at University Press PLC

• The Company requires the services of an Invoicing Clerk at its Kano Depot.

Qualification & Required Skills

• National Diploma in Computer Science & Technology, Statistics or any related discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit.
• Minimum of at least, three (3) years post qualification experience in a similar position.
• Not more than 35 years of age.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in data analysis and management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be pro-active and versatile
• Applicant must be resident in Kano.

Job Description

• Issue invoices, consignment notes, stock transfer invoices, etc.
• Raise credit notes for sales representatives.
• Check movement of stocks.
• Update stock records.
• Give information on stock movement and positions.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
