Investment Marketer at Finova

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Officer to join our investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our investment products, meeting up deposit target. analyzing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and making recommendations to the investment committee. The Investment Officer will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of existing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deposit and Investment Target: Meet or exceed deposit and investment targets, as set by the organization.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, assessing management teams, and evaluating market trends.
• Investment Recommendations: Present investment recommendations to the investment committee, including providing detailed analysis and justifications for proposed investments.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, including tracking financial performance, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and making recommendations for portfolio rebalancing.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks associated with investments, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
• Research and Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, research new investment opportunities, and provide insights to the investment team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team, including investment analysts, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective investment decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
