    Investment Manager (Real Estate)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and manage the Investment Advisors team, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract investors and increase investment inflow.
    • Monitor the performance of Investment Advisors and provide coaching, mentorship, and support where necessary.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors.
    • Identify and secure new investment opportunities for the company.
    • Oversee investor acquisition, engagement, and retention activities.
    • Maintain a strong network of business contacts, investors, and strategic partners.
    • Ensure the Investment Advisors team maintains an active pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
    • Conduct investment presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
    • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on profitable real estate investment opportunities.
    • Prepare periodic investment performance and sales reports for management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to drive investment campaigns and lead generation efforts.
    • Ensure all investment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive the team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual investment targets.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Monthly and annual investment value generated.
    • Team investment and sales performance.
    • Number of new investors acquired.
    • Investor retention and referral rate.
    • Performance and productivity of the Investment Advisors team.
    • Growth of active investor and prospect pipeline.
    • Number of strategic partnerships established.
    • Revenue generated from investment activities.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in investment management, real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
    • Previous experience leading or managing a sales, investment, or business development team.
    • Strong understanding of real estate investments and wealth creation opportunities.
    • Extensive network of investors, business professionals, and key stakeholders.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to motivate teams and drive revenue growth.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving investment and sales targets.
