As the Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager, you will be responsible for driving fund mobilization initiatives, managing investor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's liquidity and investment objectives.
Responsibilities
Mobilize funds from individual and corporate investors to support the organization's funding and liquidity requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors while identifying new markets and business opportunities
Promote investment and treasury products to drive portfolio growth and client acquisition
Present investment recommendations and support the profitable deployment of excess liquidity
Ensure diversification of funding sources and effective management of investor portfolios
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is an added advantage
3–6 years' experience in fund mobilization, treasury sales, investment management, or relationship management within the financial services sector
Proven track record of sourcing funds, managing investor relationships, and generating new business opportunities
Strong knowledge of investment products, treasury operations, and financial markets.
