Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager at Fadac Resources

Our client is a licensed financial institution that is in the business of making loans available to businesses and individuals in the form of working capital. Due to expansion, they need an  Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Mobilization of funds from individuals and corporate entities towards ensuring that the Company’s liquidity requirements are met.  
• Identifying new markets and developing new relationships for the continuous growth of the funds and client base.  
• Presenting recommendations to approving authorities for the profitable investments of excess liquidity.
• Ensuring that there is no over-dependence on a particular source of funds within the portfolio. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field. A Master’s degree and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• 3 - 6 years working experience in the financial services industry, focusing on a market-facing financial treasury role.
• A proven track record of selling financial treasury products and managing individual and corporate treasury relationships.  
• Experience in generating new treasury business, cold calling, warm calling, and client retention.
• Strong ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
