Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be saddled with the coordination of the overall business activities and operational structure of the unit, reporting to the group Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Raising:

•  Assist companies in securing funding through public offerings, private placements, and debt instruments.
•  Prepare financial models and presentations to attract investors and present investment opportunities.

Mergers and Acquisitions:

•  Conduct due diligence and market research to identify potential acquisition targets or buyers.
•  Structure deals, negotiate terms, and coordinate transactions from conception to closure.

Financial Advisory:

•  Provide strategic advice regarding financial restructuring, valuation analysis, and financial planning.
•  Develop in-depth financial analyses and forecasts to guide decision-making.

Client Relationship Management:

•  Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
•  Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Market Analysis:

•  Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification in Economics of relevant field.
• At least 3 years work experience.
• Cognate and hands-on experience in corporate finance/Advisory.
• SEC Sponsored individual (added advantage)
• Renumeration: Industry standard/Negotiable
