We are seeking a results-driven Investment Advisor to join our Asset Management department. In this role, you will drive business growth by prospecting for new clients, identifying their financial needs, and managing long-term relationships.
You will leverage a deep knowledge of company products to provide comprehensive consultations, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting a positive corporate image.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Research and pursue new business opportunities.
Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Prospect for new clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.
Help promote and maintain a positive company images
Requirements
B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in relationship management/customer service
Strong presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
