Inventory Support Officer at Gennex Technologies

Job Summary

The inventory support officer will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the management of inventory and ensuring accurate record and tracking of stock levels.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily stock count before attending to any request and report variances if any.
• Send daily reports of operational activities to inventory officer via mail with designated formats
• Attend to all stock requisition as quickly as possible
• Issue spare parts to service center on request
• Consistent arrangement of stocks in the warehouse for easy tracking and identification.
• Daily wrapping PV modules with maximum care
• Attend to Auditors on stock count weekly or periodically
• Receive incoming consignments along with inventory officer at any designated warehouse.
• Update bin cards with other ledger books if inventory officer is not available.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Submitting daily and weekly report to Team Lead Inventory.

Who we are looking for:

• A minimum of OND in any discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in store/warehouse management will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times
