Inventory/Store Manager at FMR AGENCY

Salary: 125k - 160k

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to manage our inventory of gadgets and electronic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating efficient operations to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of electronics and gadgets.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and adjust stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase orders for new stock.
• Manage the receiving process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. 
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and reduce excess stock.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, sales, and returns.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand trends and seasonal demands.
• Liaise with the branch managers to ensure efficient and retrieval of products.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices in inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the gadget and electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
