Job Summary

• We are seeking for an Inventory Specialist who is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of stock levels, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring that products are available when needed.
• This role supports operational efficiency by preventing shortages, avoiding overstocking, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels across storage areas and departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Record, update, and maintain inventory data in management systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock replenishment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bsc. Accounting or any other equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills for identifying trends and solving discrepancies.
