As the Inventory Officer, you will be responsible for managing stock levels of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage conditions, and effective stock control in line with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to ensure adequate stock availability
Record and track all stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatches
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
Track product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation and removal of expired products
Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external inventory audits
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field
Minimum of 2 years inventory management experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organization
Professional certification such as CILT, CIPS, or relevant supply chain certification is an advantage
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures
High attention to detail with strong analytical and record-keeping skills
