Inventory Officer at ADDAS Ultimate Limited

Job Description

• Responsible for filling daily, weekly and monthly reports for inventory and supply chain performance
• Manage and co-ordinate the process of stock movement
• Co-ordinate with inventory team and identify all obsolete inventory and resolve all issues relating to inventory management
• Maintain an accurate stock ledger
• Overseeing each and every receiving operations
• Managing, controlling, as well as monitoring all activities related to inventory management
• Maintain inventory as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules and corporate inventory positions for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
• Responsible for actual inventory counts, and all counting procedures implemented
• Ensure all receiving procedures are followed, information on invoices captured correctly
• Carefully check the accuracy of invoices by matching with purchase order
• Handling and resolve financial discrepancies on invoices between supplies and the company
• Assemble, review and verify invoices for accounts payable
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice item or price
• Perform all other duty as assigned by management.
