Inventory Manager at SRS Collection

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager with proven experience in nightclub or high-volume hospitality environments.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, stock management, and cost efficiency across bar, kitchen, and operational supplies, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for beverages, food items, and operational supplies
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
• Track usage patterns and identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or pilferage
• Work closely with bar, kitchen, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock flow
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
• Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and cost control
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with health and safety standards
• Supervise inventory staff and coordinate stock audits
• Collaborate with management to optimize inventory costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years proven experience as an Inventory Manager in a nightclub, bar, or high-volume hospitality setting (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and POS tools
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team management abilities
• Must have Nightclub Experience
