As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining stock integrity, and overseeing inventory control processes across assigned warehouses.
Responsibilities
Oversee inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy across assigned warehouses
Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies
Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory performance against KPIs
Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
Drive inventory control improvements and support operations across assigned locations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years' experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and inventory reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or similar).
