Inventory Manager at Fazsion

Job Description

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts to evaluate our stock level and record properly into unleashed
• Ensure proper management of aging and excess stock
• Prepare and submit to the management monthly inventory position both at the warehouse and unleashed
• Review service levels regularly and reconcile inventories.
• Forecasting the company's future inventory needs.
• Create adequate visibility of stock and ensure availability when needed
• Oversees inbound stock within the company’s warehouse facility.
• Enforce and continuously review processes and procedures of product stacking to avoid damages.
• Maintain shipment records and daily invoices to ascertain the state of all stock.
• Document stock delivery and supervise their movement from warehouse to customers' location.
• Prepare and submit inventory control reports every month.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact inventory.

Skills

• Proven ability to drive inventory policies, procedures, and processes;
• Good understanding of inventory management, business strategies, result driven and proactive;
• Strong planning and time management;
• Excellent in initiating and executing tasks.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same role (preferably in fashion or cosmetics).
