Inventory Control Officer at Fadac Resources

Job Summary

• The Inventory Control Officer will maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, boutiques and other business locations, ensuring that physical stock movements are properly recorded and reconciled in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily inventory records.
• Process and monitor stock transfers between locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts.
• Investigate stock variances and discrepancies.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system records.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, sales and returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate system updates.
• Support stock audits and inventory investigations.
• Monitor inventory controls and identify potential losses.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting, Inventory Management, Supply Chain or related fields
• 5-8 years' inventory control experience.
• Retail or luxury goods experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
