Inventory / Audit Supervisor (QSR) at FoliXx Hospitality

Job description

• The Inventory and Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory control processes, conducting regular audits, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting compliance with company policies and procedures.
• This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the integrity of inventory records and adherence to internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, transfers, and stock reconciliations.
• Conduct regular and spot audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and inventory management systems.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and analyze inventory audit reports and present findings to management.
• Train and guide warehouse and inventory staff on proper procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventories and cycle count programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Identify areas of inefficiency or risk and recommend process improvements.
• Use ERP or inventory management software to track and report on inventory status.
