Internship Opportunity: Microsoft Exchange Administrator at M365Connect

Role Overview

As a Microsoft Exchange Administrator Intern, you will:

• Learn and assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers (2013, 2016, 2019) in hybrid environments.
• Support the team in troubleshooting mail flow, database, and connectivity issues.
• Participate in server hardening, upgrades, and patch management projects.
• Collaborate on projects focused on email security, including Edge Servers, EOP, and encryption tools like OME and Proofpoint.
• Develop PowerShell scripting skills to automate administrative tasks.
• Create and update documentation for Exchange configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Competed degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols, or related technologies is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Interest in server management, email security, and PowerShell scripting.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate in diverse environments and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with translation tools and in non-English-speaking environments.
