International Student Recruiter - Marketer at TAR Global Placement

About the Role:

• Are you passionate about connecting students with educational opportunities abroad? We are looking for a motivated and personable International Student Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our services, generating interest, and guiding students through the first steps of their application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach and Engagement: Promote our brand and services to prospective students through online and offline channels, generating interest in studying abroad.
• Lead Generation: Attract and engage potential students and their families, supporting them in understanding our services and the application process.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, virtual webinars, and information sessions, increasing visibility for our partner institutions.
• Marketing Collateral: Distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and online content, tailored to the needs of students in specific regions.
• Customer Service: Respond to initial inquiries from prospective students, providing clear and helpful information to support their decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Background in marketing, communications, or similar field. Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with students, effectively communicate information, and build rapport.
• Self-Starter: Proactive approach to engaging students and meeting lead generation goals.
• Team Player: Comfortable working with the broader marketing team to achieve recruitment targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
