The Opportunity

• We are looking for an experienced, well-connected, organized International Recruitment Officer in Lagos, Nigeria to join our growing Sales team and take our company and platform to the next level!

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing every day

• On a daily basis - identify, call, explain and enroll new student recruitment partners for ApplyBoard. You are expected to call, organize, and have virtual meetings with about 10 potential partners every day. 
• This is a high-performance role requiring you to generate leads, call, meet and be in touch with the potential Recruitment Partners and help them enroll with ApplyBoard.
• The role will include substantial Inbound/Outbound calling; virtual meetings; Recruitment Partner communications to ensure an end-to-end hassle-free experience.

Requirements
What you bring to the table:

• The candidate should ideally have at least 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in the study abroad education industry is an asset.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language. Both written and spoken
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce); considered an asset
