Job Summary

• The Internal Control Officer ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and improves processes by reviewing hospital operations, finances, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits (financial, operational, compliance).
• Review policies, procedures, and internal controls.Identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Monitor compliance with regulations (HMO, tax, etc.).
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings.
• Collaborate with departments to implement controls.
• Support external audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, etc.).
• 3-4years' experience in internal audit/control.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and regulations.
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
