Internal Control Officer at Bridgegap Consults Limited

SALARY: N90,000
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop, review, and implement compliance policies, programs, and procedures
• Review organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations
• Identify control gaps, evaluate their risk implications, and draw appropriate conclusions
• Develop and execute audit plans and programs to assess the adequacy and operating effectiveness of internal control
• Consult with management on strategic plans and other business matters, and anticipate emerging risks
• Ensure KYC documents are vetted and filed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or any related discipline.
• 2 years experience as an internal control officer or related role.
• Previous work experience in a supermall would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Demonstrates ability to identify problems.
