Internal Auditor - Sango Ota at Ascentech Services Limited

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance. In addition, the candidate must possess the ICAN qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulations
• Performing financial analysis and evaluating financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Developing audit programs and testing procedures to evaluate the adequacy of controls and compliance with policies and procedures
• Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and preparing detailed audit reports
• Monitoring and following up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (ICAN) qualification is required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit software
