Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role located in Anambra State, Nigeria.
• The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, assessing internal controls, and identifying potential risks.
• The individual will also plan and execute audits, provide recommendations for process improvements, and prepare detailed audit reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing standards, and risk assessment
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and corporate governance principles
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
