Job Details

• Assist in obtaining, analysing, and evaluating accounting documentations, reports, data and flowcharts.
• Follow up on Audit recommendations and updating of the CAPA tracker
• Complete assigned task as part of an audit team
• Document relevant facts and information to support testing and conclusions so other reviewers can follow the logic and methodology.
• Prepare workpapers for assigned tasks/audit procedures in accordance with the internal audit manual.
• Update issue tracker, monitor and report on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in carrying out special Investigations
• Ensure continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
• Implement all relevant aspects of the internal audit manual and ensure that the professional standards and work programs are adhered to.
• Escalate identified business control weaknesses to the Internal Audit Manager and initiate workable solutions
• Supervision of inventory count.
• Perform other task as assigned to you by the Head, Internal Audit and Control
