Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Officer to support the Internal Audit function.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the company’s internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across departments and locations
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
• Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions
• Assist in developing the annual audit plan
• Investigate fraud, irregularities, or other specific issues
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company audit standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA / ACCA certification (or in view) is an added advantage
• 2–4 years relevant audit experience, preferably in telecoms, tech, or a reputable audit firm
• Sound knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and audit practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
