Job Summary

• The Internal Audit Analyst will assist in executing internal audit activities, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role is suited for a graduate interested in audit, risk, and control functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audit reviews and fieldwork.
• Test internal controls and document audit findings.
• Support risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Review financial and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft reports.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support external auditors during audit engagements.
• Perform other control and assurance-related assignments as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• NYSC completed (mandatory).
• 0–2 years experience in audit, accounting, or control functions.
• Basic understanding of auditing standards and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• ICAN/ACCA (in view level) is an advantage.
