As an Intern Backend Developer, you will have the opportunity to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic and databases for our web and mobile applications.
This internship offers hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of cutting-edge applications using NodeJS and MongoDB.
Key Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of scalable server-side applications using NodeJS and MongoDB.
Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Support in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
Contribute to the implementation of data models, queries, and database optimizations for MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Learn to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
Engage in testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of the backend code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and assist in translating them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, absorbing feedback, and actively contributing to improvement.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in backend development technologies.
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely resolutions for smooth application functionality.
Assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Enthusiastic about backend development using NodeJS.
Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and asynchronous programming.
Eagerness to learn and understand server-side development principles, RESTful APIs, and web services.
Interest in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
Exposure to version control systems, particularly Git, is advantageous.
