Key Responsibilities:

• Support System Optimization: Assist in configuring and customizing our Dynamics 365 environment to align with business goals.
• Learn Integration and Automation: Gain insights into how Dynamics 365 integrates with other business systems, enhancing automation and operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the use of Dynamics 365’s analytics tools to track sales metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Training and Documentation: Participate in training sessions and help in creating documentation to support the sales team in effectively utilizing the platform.
• Solution Exploration: Work with the team to develop solutions within Dynamics 365 to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
• Stay Updated: Engage with new Dynamics 365 features and updates, learning how they can impact business operations.

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• A foundational understanding of CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Any coursework or previous internships related to CRM systems would be advantageous.
