    Insurance Sales Advisor

    Job Brief

    The ideal candidate will work as a Sales Executive for Axa Mansard Insurance Plc. This is a full time role, successful candidates will be expected to work out of the branch closest to their place of residence. The candidate is expected to market Insurance products to new clients and generate new businesses. Your ability to generate and close leads is a major attribute to your success on the job. Candidate must be willing to undergo training and pursue a career in sales. Growth opportunities abound if the candidate can prove his/herself and surpass expected results.

    Job Purpose

    To deliver on the sales target of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generating leads & identifying prospective clients to enhance sales
    • Managing clients’ expectations in delivering our services
    • Reporting of weekly activities to the Business Manager
    • Identifying, escalating & ensuring all client related issues are timely resolved
    • Meeting monthly sales targets

    Key Requirements

    • 26 years or older with minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree
    • Mandatory NYSC or Exemption Certificate
    • Interested in building a career in sales as this is a career and not a contract job
    • Previous marketing/sales experience is an added advantage
    • Computer literacy and must have a smart phone or laptop/PC to work with
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt to change
    • Communication and presentation skills

    • High level of initiative & ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Basic analytical skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Good business writing skills
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Good relationship management skills
    • Good presentation skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From ₦51,000.00 per month plus commission on sales and bonuses.
