    Insurance Broker (MD)

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our client’s team and drive the strategic direction of the company.
    • The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brokerage firm's operations, including business development, client management, team leadership, and financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
    • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to enhance the firm's reputation and market presence.
    • Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities, expand client base, and increase revenue streams.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism.
    • Ensure company policies, extent laws and regulations are always communicated bank wide for full compliance
    • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging risks to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Must be CIIN certified
    • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the insurance brokerage industry, with a minimum of [10] years of experience.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to envision and execute long-term objectives.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory landscape. •Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and cultivate client relationships.
