We are looking for a candidate to work with the Institutional Sales Manager in other to manage our institutional channels within Oyo States.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years- experience in Modern Trade Sales activities across various institutional channels in Oyo State and also in a similar sector.
Job Descriptions:
Develop relationships with institutions by driving customer’s engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans and joint business planning.
Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.
Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in institutional Locations.
Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers
Essential Qualification:
BSC/HND in a related Discipline.
2-5 years of experience in FMCG Sales with experience of working at large retail chains
Knowledge of Oyo Terrain.
28 – 35 yrs of age.
Ability to drive and must have a valid driver’s license.
KPIs
Generate Sales Order of every out order taking activity.
Ensure all the store/shelf-stock presence in all assigned outlets.
Ensure Dust/Housekeeping
Achievement of right locations/eye level in all SKUs.
