Install Associate at PowerGen Renewable Energy

Job Description
What You’ll Make Happen:

• Work in the Install Team to coordinate and manage the planning, scheduling and execution of projects from inception to completion
• Travel to assigned sites as a project manager for project execution
• Deliver Assets on time and within budget and quality standards
• Track and report project status updates to Install Team Lead
• Organize, file, update and maintain all project documents
• Enter information into and manage the digital project database
• Analyse Project Execution data
• Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
• Uphold and comply with HSE standards during project execution
• Engage contractors to ensure that quality standards and guidelines are met and ensure good quality asset delivery
• Conduct post project reviews to identify areas for future improvement

Qualifications
You Already Have:

• First Degree in Engineering [Electrical, Mechanical, Civil]
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Renewable Energy Industry - building Solar Mini-Grids
• Project Management skills
• Ability to innovate and solve problems
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience and proven ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Practiced flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed
• Enthusiasm in working in the field of renewable energy!
