Inside Sales Representative

- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Inform customers by phone about company products and services.
- Contact customers to present TPRS services and answer all inquiries.
- Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for manager’s review and approval.
- Present relevant publications as appropriate, to customers and explain benefits / advantages of TPRS services over other competitors.
- Provide weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refers any difficulties/challenges to Manager for action.
- Assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints.
- Keep good control of customer list and keep updating customer profiles.
- Perform any other related duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- OND/NCE qualification.
- 0-1 year experience in similar position.
