About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Infrastructure Cloud / PCN / Telecom Support (Level 1) professional to provide first-line support for cloud services, private communication networks (PCN), and telecom infrastructure. This entry-level role will assist with troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for cloud platforms, PCN systems, and telecom services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 support teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity, VoIP, and telecom-related issues.
• Support end users with cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS basics).
• Perform basic configuration and setup of telecom/network equipment under supervision.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• High Performance Computing (HPC)
• Cloud Engineering (Server Support)

If additional related services, which may not have been captured in the list of services provided above are required, charging for such services will be as jointly agreed to by company and vendor.
Expected Service Delivery Expertise for Infrastructure Support
To ensure effective service delivery, contractor is expected to follow the resource guide.

Qualifications and requirement:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecoms, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT/telecom/cloud support .
• knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, VoIP) and cloud computing concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (fundamentals preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Cloud+, CCNA, or Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
