This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Technician at Ritzman Smarthomes and Automations Ltd, located in Wuse 2, Abuja.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, training customers on system usage, and ensuring the seamless functionality of smart home automation and solar inverter systems.
The technician will collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware and software issues
Good networking knowledge and skills
Basic IOT knowledge
Proven knowledge and understanding of Information Technology concepts and applications
Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and communication with clients
Ability to effectively provide Training to customers on system usage
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related fields is a plus
Punctuality and ability to work on-site in Wuse 2, Abuja
