Information Technology Support (Barnawa) at Elocuencia Consulting

Core Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Computer Science or any other relevant certificate.
• Sound experience in reliable operation of computer systems, especially multi-user systems like servers.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in software and hardware.
• Mastery of configuration management.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems handling repairs and providing support and recommendations.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries and assisting users.
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems.
• Ensuring parity between dev, test and production environments.
• Training staff on system use and maintenance.
