Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Intern in Lagos.
• The IT intern will provide customer service and support for network administration, troubleshooting, and network security.
• The intern will work with a team to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
• Familiar with network security and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall
• Excellent customer service skills for technical support interactions with end-users
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with other IT initiatives as assigned
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications
