Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Intern located in Lagos, with some remote work. The IT intern will be responsible for network administration, customer service, troubleshooting, network security and other IT-related tasks. This role requires a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• The candidate should possess knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting
• The candidate should have experience in information technology
• The candidate should have knowledge of network security
• The candidate should be customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
